Pricing & General Timelines

The program includes:

Initial assessments and parent meeting
Four weekly tutoring sessions per month 
Weekly curriculum planning to continuously align the program to your child's individual needs and to keep your child on the fastest possible path to success.
Assessments and parent meeting to review student progress every three months.
Report review. If you receive reports from school that you do not understand, I will be happy to review and discuss your child's reports and formal test results with you. 
Questions and concerns. If you have a question or concern, you can you can informally meet with me at the beginning or end of your child's tutoring session or  communicate with me by email.
While one session per week is recommended for most students, two sessions per week are available for students who have greater needs and for those who want faster results.

Our program offers significant value.

It is effective. Students make progress and reach grade level with only one session per week. Other programs recommend two, three or more sessions per week over a longer period of time, increasing the cost.

It is convenient - sessions are online in your own home. 

It's efficient - most students make great progress with only one session per week.

Students gain reading skills and gain confidence in themselves as learners, which transfers to the classroom.

Our students enjoy the sessions - even those who have given up or shut down. Sessions build both skills and confidence without drama or shutdowns.

 We use a proven, research-based approach that works for all students - even those that have not had success with other interventions.

 Our students love reading. They read interesting and engaging texts as part of the program. 

Our goal is to develop both reading skills and a love of reading in our students. Priceless!

General Timelines

Please note: These guidelines are for information only. All students are different and actual timelines can be shorter or longer than those listed.

For students who are reading approximately one year or less below their grade level for any reason.

 

 4 - 6 month anticipated Timeline

1 X per week

For students who are two or three years below their grade level for any reason. and continue to struggle with reading year after year, even with intervention at school. 

 10 - 12 MONTH anticipated TIMELINE

1 X per week

For students who are three or more years below their grade level for any reason and need more intensive help.

12 - 15 month anticipated timeline.
